International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI), a US based international development consulting firm, is seeking an International Expert in Human Resources for Health for an on-going USAID evaluation opportunity in Uganda to evaluate the Uganda Capacity Plus project funded by USAID. Must be willing to start as soon as possible and deploy to Uganda. Highly qualified candidates available to work from their home base will also be considered, based on their availability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters and/or advanced qualifications in Public Health, Health Economics, Applied Research, Social Sciences or related fields.
- Technical expertise in international health program planning, human resources for health, health systems strengthening, organizational capacity assessment is required.
- Minimum five years' experience in human resources for health. Ten years is highly desired.
- Minimum of seven years' experience implementing and/or evaluating health interventions.
- Must have participated in a minimum of five evaluations/assessments/special studies.
- Previous experience with USAID desired, but not required.
- Previous experience in Uganda and/or East Africa desired, but not required.
- Fluency in English required.
