Responsibilities:
1. To supervise and coach the Assistant
Country Director:
- Define a coaching plan
- Provide basic training on grants management, donor reporting, APR, project cycle management
- Define an action plan during the coaching period

2. To manage grants at mission level:
- Organize the process regarding reporting / APR at mission level
- Ensure follow-up / correction of reports during the mission

3. To train the mission on Project
Cycle Management:
- Provide training on APR, proposal writing, reporting, LFA, etc. to the appropriate persons

tasks:
- Represents ACF
- Provide support regarding donors issues
- Provide administrative support regarding the fraud

Qualification and previous experience: Master
or equivalent in Humanitarian Affairs/Development. Significant experience in
humanitarian and emergency/early recovery program management with at least 3
years humanitarian work in developing or emergency context and 1 year
humanitarian experience in a senior management / coordination role. Advanced
knowledge of donors’ guidelines/procedures. Good knowledge of ACF’s core
thematic (Nutrition, Food Security or Wash). Proven experience in proposal
writing and budget development. Professional English required.

- Total average yearly gross income : from 46770€ to 53920€
- Fixed-term contract, provided by ACF according to the French legislation.
- All expenses paid on the field:
o Support to the R & R costs : 110€/month average
o Transportation costs to and from the mission : 460€/ month average,
o Collective or individual accommodation depending on position : 700€/month average
o Food and hygiene expenses (living allowance) : 354 €
o Per Diem : 202 €
- Gross monthly salary ranging from €1948 to €2498 (13rd month included), depending on relevant experience
- Social benefits: Medical, life and accident insurance provided by the institution
- 25 days of annual paid leaves and 20 days of extra leaves per year (taken as recovery time breaks of one week every 2 or 4 months depending on the mission) + break allowances
- Pre departure training, at the HQ in Paris
