CRS seeks an Agricultural/Climate Change Adaptation Team Leader in anticipation of a multi-year, multi-million dollar DFID-funded Building Resilience and Adaptation to Climate Extremes and Disasters (BRACED) Programme in Chad.  This program aims to build the resilience of households and communities by improving and diversifying livelihoods, developing shared management systems of resources critical to resilience, and embedding disaster risk reduction and adaptation into climate change and development responses.  The Agricultural/Climate Change Adaptation Team Leader will be responsible for all aspects of project monitoring and reporting relating to agricultural and disaster risk reduction (DRR) including achievement of strategic objectives, intermediate results, and performance expectations through adherence to high standards of programmatic and management quality.
