SNV calls for proposals for the development of standardised guidance for performance monitoring in WASH

This request for proposals is to invite consultants who can support SNV in developing standardised monitoring and evaluation guidance for its interventions in the WASH sector.
The assignment will take place in the period July - November 2015.
