Position Summary
Futures Group is hiring a Deputy Chief of Party/Director
of Social Marketing (DCOP/DSM) for an upcoming USAID-funded health project in
Zambia. The Deputy Chief of Party/Director of Social Marketing will be key
personnel to this project. It will be his/her responsibility to build and
manage the social marketing component of the project, increasing access to
and use of health commodities and select health services. He/She will lead a
team of Social Marketing Managers, and research, warehouse and
sales/distribution professionals to expand the supply, diversity and use of
socially marketed health products in Zambia. Reporting to the Chief of Party,
the Deputy Chief of Party/Director of Social Marketing will oversee the
design and execution of a strategy that will inform different aspects of the
project – including product marketing and sales, supply chain management,
sustainability strategies for select products, co-marketing of products and
services and other areas to be identified.
